Ich kann etwas, das du nicht kannst. Du kannst etwas, das ich nicht kann. 😉

I Can Do Something You Cannot. You Can Do Something I Cannot. 😉

Our holiday is drawing to a close. We have used the time to rest and reflect:

How will GeMa develop this autumn? What do we want to try? What could we do differently?

We returned to a thought that has accompanied us from the beginning:

The Ge❤️Ma Stick as a tool

A simple tool for movement, body awareness, Stockgehen, exercises, gentle tapping and eye exercises.

A simple wooden stick becomes a tool with more possibilities than first imagined.

It can become a dog’s stick .

We have a video of a dog grabbing its owner’s stick and proudly running away with it. Our first dog’s stick!

A tool can have many different uses. It depends on what you do with it.

The stick cannot help that.

If someone has no use for our stick, it might even end up in the fire.

We think: what a shame!

That is why, at our next GeMa introductory workshop, we will show what our stick and other Bodywork Tools offer, and especially what you can try yourself.

A tool is only as good as what we do with it.

This thought led us to another tool currently changing our world: AI.

We admit that, at first, we were unsure what to think of AI or why we needed it.

What can it actually do?
And what is useful for us?

We have since warmed to using this tool and are amazed at what is possible.

So we want to try it for ourselves.

What can AI do that we cannot?

Can it inspire new ideas for our Ge❤️Ma heartfelt project ?

Can it develop exercises we have not yet considered?

Can it create something new from our thoughts?

The other half remains equally important:

What can we do that AI cannot?

We know our Bodywork Tools and their possibilities.

We can hold them, try them and feel what works.

We bring experience, ideas and a human perspective.

We can meet, experiment together, laugh, discuss and exchange ideas in person.

AI cannot do that.

AI brings different abilities.

Perhaps this is the exciting combination:

I can do something you cannot.
You can do something I cannot.
And together, perhaps we can achieve something neither could alone.

We find one idea especially intriguing:

AI meets body intelligence. 😉

Artificial intelligence meets body intelligence.

One develops ideas, connects knowledge and reveals possibilities.

The other we can feel.

We can notice our bodies, try what works, share experiences and decide for ourselves what feels right.

Artificial intelligence + body intelligence –
let us see what can emerge.

We will keep experimenting with AI and sharing the results. The image for this blog was created using AI.

The stick gets the body moving.
Perhaps AI gets our ideas moving. 😉

We are curious to see what develops.
