Instructions on Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period begins on receipt of the last item. If goods are delivered in several instalments, it begins on receipt of the final instalment.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or letter.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Online returns and cancellation

You can view your orders and submit available return and cancellation requests through our Shopify customer account:

Using the customer account is not compulsory for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal. You may also notify us by email or letter at any time within the statutory period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except supplementary costs arising from your choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We will do so without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned them, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after notifying us of your withdrawal, to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In particular, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalised, provided the statutory requirements of section 18(1)(3) of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG) are met.

This may include a GeMa Stick made to order with a personal engraving.

The statutory right of withdrawal generally continues to apply to regularly offered GeMa Sticks, Stick Bags, Bodywork Tools and discounted promotional items.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
