Beware of people whose spiritual degrees and credentials come only from studies and courses.
Look at those who have learned and improved based on their own experiences, not just by reading or listening to the experiences of others.
People who have studied and mastered suffering first hand. They know courage! They have fought their own battles and survived.
Look at those who have scars. Look at those who limp and those who are out of step. Don't look at the guru who reached the top of a mountain by helicopter.
Look at those who have climbed to the top, who arrived there dirty and exhausted: " They are the ones who know the value of their journey."
When they reach the summit, they will help those "climbers" who are too tired to continue. When they reach the summit,
they raise the vibration of everyone else.
